THEION / TERMS OF USE / SEPTEMBER 2026

Clarity before any commitment.

These terms define the role of the institutional website and the boundary between learning, starting a conversation and establishing a professional, commercial or contractual relationship.

PRINCIPAL BOUNDARIES

Information, advice, engagement and proof are not interchangeable.

The website can make a decision easier to frame. It cannot manufacture the context, authority, evidence or accepted instrument required to make that decision.

B1

Institutional content

Pages explain THEION, its operating fronts, method, publications and paths for an initial conversation.

B2

Professional decisions

Generic content does not inspect, diagnose or advise on a particular asset, system, contract or situation.

B3

Commercial engagement

A proposal, scope, price, responsibility and authorization arise only from the applicable accepted instrument.

B4

Technology claims

Architecture, code, documents and demonstrations do not alone prove availability, adoption or operational outcome.

CURRENT TERMS

Ten boundaries for using the public website responsibly.

These terms concern the current public website. A service, product environment, investor process or client engagement can require additional and more specific instruments.

T1Institutional purpose

The site presents THEION Integrated Projects, its operating fronts, capabilities, method, publications and contact routes. Browsing, reading, searching or opening an email draft does not create representation, partnership, confidentiality, appointment, professional engagement or an obligation to respond.

T2No individualized diagnosis or advice

Articles, examples, checklists and audiovisual material are institutional and educational. They do not evaluate a specific building, project, contract, system, venture or investment and do not replace access, evidence or review by appropriately qualified professionals.

T3Safety and consequential decisions

Technical, property, legal, financial, contractual, investment and security decisions require their own context and competent review. A situation involving possible immediate risk should be handled through suitable local professionals and emergency channels, not generic website content or asynchronous email.

T4Proposal, scope, payment and responsibility

A service, pilot, product access or partnership exists only when purpose, scope, deliverables, conditions, responsibilities, price and applicable instruments are defined and accepted. Unless a specific written offer states otherwise, a page, email, meeting, capability description or payment does not expand scope or create technical, professional or production commitments.

T5Artificial intelligence and automation

THEION communicates a technology vision involving software, AI, agents and governed automation. A capability may represent architecture, development or a verification criterion. It does not grant an agent professional, corporate, financial or contractual authority.

T6Evidence state

Intended design, implemented source, executed validation, observed runtime, customer acceptance and measurable outcome are different stages. A public description does not silently promote a product, service or venture beyond its stated evidence.

T7Intellectual property and responsible use

THEION names, visual identity, texts, editorial architecture, illustrations, code and original material are protected as applicable. Legitimate links and brief attribution-preserving references are permitted; impersonation, removed attribution, misleading affiliation, unlawful use and attempts to bypass controls are not.

T8Local functions, checkout and external services

Search and guided briefs process choices in the browser. Contact links prepare mailto drafts that the visitor controls. A product page may link to a Getnet-hosted checkout; payment data is entered in that external environment, not on this website. Copy, print, share, email, checkout and other external links remain subject to the visitor’s explicit action and the applicable provider terms.

T9Measurement, availability and security

The current site does not install THEION-operated behavioral analytics or advertising. Maintenance, corrections and structural changes may occur, and these terms do not promise uninterrupted availability or absolute absence of error. Security reports must follow the responsible disclosure boundary.

T10Consumer rights, updates and specific relationships

Nothing on the site excludes non-waivable rights under applicable law. Where Brazilian consumer law applies, electronic contracting and withdrawal rights follow the applicable Consumer Protection Code and e-commerce rules. These terms may be revised when the site, operation or requirements change; a particular relationship remains governed by its own accepted instrument and evidence.

ACCEPTED INSTRUMENT

A consequential relationship needs an explicit scope and responsible parties.

Professional responsibility, confidentiality, product access, delivery, price and authority cannot be inferred from a page view or an initial message.

Technology does not erase accountability.

AI and automation can organize evidence or prepare action. They do not receive authority merely because a technical capability exists.

Identify the page, relationship and decision involved.

The button prepares a draft to vitor@theionintegratedprojects.com. A message does not create confidentiality, an engagement or a commitment to act.
